My Showroom is located at 43 Main Street Upstairs in downtown Natick.
I've tried to address here the matters that will make your experience on my site clear and friendly.

I accept payment via Pay-Pal. If another mode of payment is neccessary, we'll make other arrangements.
I will send your work once the payment is realized. If your piece is not quite ready to be shipped to you you'll hear from me in 1-2 business days.
Most pieces will ship out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. I will e-mail to let you know exactly when I intend to have your order shipped.
I ship via USPS Priority. Do let me know if you'd like to purchase additional insurance.
Refunds & Exchanges:
All items are wrapped individually and shipped in padded envelopes or small boxes marked as fragile.
If for any reason the item arrives damaged, please contact me within two days of receipt. We will agree on a replacement, store credit or refund.
The item(s) you received must be returned within 5 days of purchase and be in as good a condition as when it was sold.
In case of refund (minus shipping costs), the buyer will be charged shipping costs plus $10 to cover paypal fees etc.
Store credit is preferred.
If a replacement item was requested, the buyer will pay for the shipping costs. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Please note that the photos show a representation of what you will receive unless you're purchasing one-of-a-kind, ready to ship items.
